The Nigerian Nollywood comic duo, Chinedu Ikedieze and Osita Iheme popularly known as Aki and PawPaw have paid a visit to the victims affected by the flood in Delta state, Nigeria. They made the visit upon the invitation by the state governor, Governor Uduaghan. According to him, he invited the duo to speak to the crowd to lift their spirits from the situation they are currently experiencing.
Governor Uduaghan, who painted a sorrowful picture of the pains the internally displaced persons, IDPs, said that he came upon them watching a movie about the duo. He said they barely acknowledged his arrival as they were so engrossed in the movie they were watching. He also discovered Aki and Paw Paw at the inauguration of the 12-man committee on the management of Federal Government fund released to the state over the flood disaster and the Post-Flooding Rehabilitation of Victims. That was when the decision was made.
